A Shared Journey
At Capital Surrogacy, you will not be passed around to different departments and case managers like you may experience with larger agencies. Your case manager will guide you through the application process and can provide support during the entire journey. This is an intimate process and we will ensure and maintain that level of familiarity that we value greatly. You will be treated as an individual because each surrogacy journey is as unique as the surrogate and intended parents that are at the heart of each surrogacy experience.
If you are a Spanish speaker interested in becoming a surrogate, Capital Surrogacy is an excellent choice. Our bilingual case manager will support you through each stage of the surrogacy journey. We will also strive to match you with Spanish speaking intended parents to create a shared journey that is fulfilling for all parties.
The Right Match
Matching is a complex arrangement that plays a crucial role in the trajectory of your experience. It is common practice with many agencies to create a match with individuals that have the same position on certain key issues. Matching with the same beliefs creates a strong foundation, but we believe there is much more to it. For a successful surrogacy journey, there should be a personal connection on both sides. We will work hard to bring about matches in which the surrogates and intended parents have true chemistry and can support one another through the possible emotional moments in a journey. We will also screen our intended parents as carefully as we screen our surrogates to ensure your safety and security. Our ultimate goal is to develop strong trusting relationships among our surrogates and intended parents.
Have a Say in Your Compensation
We greatly value the sacrifice surrogates are making to help others create a family. For this reason, we feel that it is crucial that our surrogates can choose their own base compensation. We will also directly provide surrogates with a $2,000 total signing bonus. We will support our surrogates and make sure that their financial needs are fulfilled and that they are fairly compensated.
