Capital Surrogacy gives you the freedom to set your own base compensation

You can request what you are comfortable with and what you believe is fair for your situation. The amount can be changed at any time before the match. Just as each journey is different, we know that each surrogate’s qualifications and needs are unique.

Surrogates are in high demand and they are the foundation of a successful and gratifying surrogacy experience. We will help with compensation and benefits negotiations so that you do not have any uncomfortable conversations about finances with your intended parents.

The bonus is in addition to the base compensation and is a sign of commitment to our surrogates.

Additional Benefits

All surrogates will receive an additional $5000 in compensation through the benefits package:

Monthly expense allowance
Embryo transfer fee
Maternity clothing allowance

In the event of a multiple pregnancy, an additional $7500 per fetus is paid.

Extra compensation is paid out for any potential medical procedures you may experience such as amnio, cervical cerclage, D&C, selective reduction and loss of reproductive organs.

Other benefits are also included: health insurance, life insurance, childcare, housekeeping, travel expenses for you and your companion (food, lodging, mileage), lost wages, psychological counseling if needed, and pumping breast milk allowance.

How Surrogate Compensation Works

The base compensation amount is held in an account that an escrow company manages. The escrow company releases funds monthly, usually in 10 installments, during the pregnancy. It also pays out the additional monthly expense allowance for surrogacy related costs throughout the entire surrogacy journey.

The intended parents are responsible for pregnancy related medical costs, insurance, travel, lost wages, and childcare if needed. These costs do not come out of your compensation. These are outlined in the surrogacy agreement so you have no unanticipated costs. Even your partner is covered in some instances.

There are also additional reimbursement expenses and other paid out benefits. The exact benefits and amounts for your unique journey will be outlined in the surrogacy agreement.
